I’m finally getting a moment to post photos from Sarah and Virgil’s wedding photography on October 3rd! Sorry for the delay, but I’ve been moving into a new space and getting the place all freshened up!

I hope you enjoy the photos. The wedding took place at the Lord of the Mountains church in Dillon, Colorado. The reception moved to the Silverthorne Pavilion. I love shooting at both venues! Lord of the Mountain Church is a bright, open and airy space. When the church constructed the cross you see in the photos, I was a photojournalist working for the local paper (Summit Sentinel) and actually photographed its construction! Getting the chance to shoot in there, always brings back fond memories.

And shooting at the Silverthorne Pavilion is always a joy. There is not another space in Summit County to rival the feel. This wedding had lights strung across which created a starlight effect - one which I really had fun with blurring as the evening led to dancing!
